Sun Paintings and Research at ABS

The last couple of weeks have been devoted to research for the murals.  In art classes we did "sun" paintings where I (Laura)  introduced some of my painting techniques.  This was just a fun exercise to show how i go about painting some of my patterns and it helped me get to know the students a bit more.  There are about 10 different scientists that the students have been researching and we talked about the importance of each of them.  We made a list of key things to include in our painting and did some rough sketches.
